Give the red button a long press to activate this mode. The display will always show the current distance. Move the PREXISO up and down until you achieve the desired height. Mark the point on the wall and repeat this procedure as often as you need. Of course this procedure is also a simple and quick way of lining up shelves, partition walls, sockets and many other fittings.
